Please see an earlier review from a gentleman in the San Antonio area who had a similar problem. A sales agent with the initials of S.S.

and rhymes with map collected my information and agreed to sit on it until I talked to my wife and call her back with approval to move forward with installation. Three days later, the agent scheduled an install (this was verified by the customer service associate) without any consent and would have incurred a fee if the installer had arrived. The customer service was helpful canceling the installation and a $106 withdraw which was initiated prior to the canceled install time and without any services rendered.

We were seriously considering going with this company until these highly unethical practices occurred. Word of warning, do not give them any of your information unless you intend to use their services.
