i have been calling for 3 weeks trying reach mason drew branch manager of fort worth to move my service i ended up having to take everything down by myself now i am getting told i can either pay 500 for someone to stick them back up or i can throw away the OVER $1000 worth of equipment i purchased around 6 MONTHS AGO and buy a new system from them even though after previous issues DURING my money back guarantee when i requested a refund a agreement was made that the faulty equipment would be fixed and it would be moved FOR FREE i am now on hold AGAIN waiting to speak to now the 8th person i have spoken to in the last few weeks meanwhile adt is calling me for a bill for monitoring equipment not even being used thanks to the lack of customer service safe haven has provided!!!! we have been out so much money at this point we are contacting a lawyer THIS IS REDICULOUS!!!!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH ADT OR SAFE HAVEN!!!! out of 6 months of service and over 1k on equipment we only had a working system for 3 months total!!!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
